I paid for a brand NEW stereo, but got something that was probably refurbished.
Why? Because when I opened the box, the display was all scratched up. I'm not
talking one little scratch....I mean, a bunch of little scratches all over.
Seller claimed that this was straight from Sony. I don't think Sony would
put out a stereo with obvious flaws.
Went back and forth with the seller via email. Seller did offer a RMA......
only after I threatened to report to better business bureau.
Next time, I will pay a little more to buy from a more credible seller, with
more positive reviews.
