I don't get the other reviews that knock this for having a difficult time using the touch screen while excercising....it's called a playlist, if you've got that much time between workouts to play with the screen you're probably not excercising. this works great

(More customer reviews)I love the idea of no wires hanging down while I work out - this is a good idea but needs more work IMO -
1. It works like reverse sunglasses on the back of your neck - the problem is that it is very hard if not impossible to change the settings from small to medium to large - so I have to use the small setting and it digs into my neck - I pulled it apart enough to be comfortable and now it slips off.
2. Perfect for running or stand up exercises - very uncomfortable if benching or flor exercises. I have to take it off when I do bench press and sit ups because when the back of my neck presses down it is uncomfortable and the unit skips songs.
3. Very difficult to change songs and adjust volume - you have to reach to the around the back of your neck - I find myself taking a long time to locate the buttons - not ideal when in the middle of a good workout
Its a good idea - keeping the wires from dangling is excellent - but the above makes it too much of a pain for me - I ordered a wrist band holder as well - I will use this on days I run or am standing exercises - bench press days I will go to the wrist.

(More customer reviews)I really like the concept of this design. It makes it possible for me to see the ipod while I'm working out. The problem with this armband is that it is kind of itchy on bare skin. Also, the first time I put it on, the stitching came loose on one of the velcro pads. I'd like to say it's because my arms are so awesomely massive that they busted it up, but the truth is the work there is a little shoddy. It's not worth returning because I have used a needle and thread before, but it was a bummer.
