The iPod fits nicely into a compartment with a clear plastic window that allows access to the device's controls, and a velcro tab keeps excess headphone wire out of the wearer's way. The washable neoprene material flexes with the wearer's body movements, a feature that facilitates weightlifting. The only drawback of this item is that the user must remove the iPod from its compartmant to turn the device on and off, a minor inconvenience that does not detract from the utility of the product.

(More customer reviews)This case fits the nano perfectly and has openings for all the ports and switches. It's easy to slip on and adds very little bulk. The silicon is quite smooth and not as tacky as others. It's easy to slip into a pocket yet still resists sliding on a smooth surface.
It isn't mentioned in the ad but it does come with a screen protector. It's tucked away in the packaging and would be easy to discard, as I almost did. It too is very good quality, it was easy to install and lays flat without any bubbles. I put it on crooked initially, but it was easy to remove and put it on correctly. There aren't any real instructions but it has tabs that are clearly labeled and they should keep it from being installed inside out.
Bottom line: The quality and design of this case complements the quality and design of the Nano very well.

(More customer reviews)The listing does not say that the sleeve is for a VIDEO Ipod. We have an older Ipod that just stores PICTURES. The video Ipod is smaller than the other, and as such the holes for everything did not line up. We had to cut bigger holes to get it to fit. This seller (Computer Brain), however, was very good to deal with. I would buy from them again.

(More customer reviews)I gotta admit it does look funky. I was skeptical when I bought it. If anyone remembers the Steve Martin movie "The Jerk" you will get a laugh out of that. Being a runner I have tried many solutions, clips, arm bands, pockets, etc. I have not been happy with any of them. This device I'm happy to say works. Leaves your arms free, no wires in your way. I thought you would feel a bounce but you don't. When you first put it on, you do feel it's prescence on you, but that quickly goes away. I recommend it.

(More customer reviews)I love the idea of no wires hanging down while I work out - this is a good idea but needs more work IMO -
1. It works like reverse sunglasses on the back of your neck - the problem is that it is very hard if not impossible to change the settings from small to medium to large - so I have to use the small setting and it digs into my neck - I pulled it apart enough to be comfortable and now it slips off.
2. Perfect for running or stand up exercises - very uncomfortable if benching or flor exercises. I have to take it off when I do bench press and sit ups because when the back of my neck presses down it is uncomfortable and the unit skips songs.
3. Very difficult to change songs and adjust volume - you have to reach to the around the back of your neck - I find myself taking a long time to locate the buttons - not ideal when in the middle of a good workout
Its a good idea - keeping the wires from dangling is excellent - but the above makes it too much of a pain for me - I ordered a wrist band holder as well - I will use this on days I run or am standing exercises - bench press days I will go to the wrist.
