(More customer reviews)UPDATE : I am returning this product because i can't seem to get it to work properly. The iPhone says accessory not supported too many times that i don't have patience. I am keeping the below review because maybe i received a defective piece but the feature still hold good.
Just got it from Amazon. The built of the product is very sturdy, the cables are probably the best out there with gold plating. I have a iPhone 3GS with a case and it fits nicely with the case. There is a grove rubber backing to give the phone/pod a little support. The USB Cable can SYNC and CHARGE at the same time. The Audio/Video cabels are nicely built with gold plating. I have yet to try them with the entertainment center. The Audio/Video out can be used with both the A/V cabels provided as well as regular stereo headphone. Since the A/V out is meant for a AV cable with three points, you can still use a stereo headphone by inserting it properly so that just the audio points make the connection. Not a hard thing to do at all and the jack is not flimsy that you have to keep on adjusting. Since the dock is meant for connection with an entertainment center, the volume control is not available and the volume controls on the iPhone/iPod don't control it either. Also the Volume Controls on the iPhone/iPod music app or any other music streaming app just disappear as soon as you dock. Th volume out is not very high or very low.. Perfect for a work desk listening if you are listening via headphones. If you have a set of portable speakers, you can control the volume through the speakers. Also the headphone jack on the iPhone is still available for those who want to control the volume. I will try out the A/V cable features tonight and report them too. All in all a good buy if you are looking for a stylish dock which will let you charge, sync with or without case and gives you options for both Audio and Video out all using one dock. DLO TuneStik FM Transmitter with Remote for iPod (Black) Review

(More customer reviews)Received this product about a week ago, purchased solely for the remote feature for my ipod video, mainly for my car, but also for ipod docks in my home. Since I have a dock/charger in my car, the FM transmitter was not neccessary, although a nice adddition. The remote works well, no complaints there, however, the manual states that the FM transmitter can be turned off by cycling through the four preset tuners until you reach the "off" menu. This does not exist, which I confirmed through DLO support. This is not a huge issue, but I do receive minimal static, which is not the case with my ipod mini using the Griffin remote. Sadly, Griffin no longer makes a remote for ipod video, classic and nano. Overall, if you're looking specifically for the remote function and not the FM transmitter, this product is very good, so I do recommend it. Would love to here feedback from other users.

(More customer reviews)For the record, let me just say that I have had a Tivo recorder since it was first made available to the public (mailorder only --- about a year and a half ago). This is a great machine and the software and services keep getting better and better!Now I have purchased the new DSR6000. From the other reviews you know about many of the great features and cool things you can do with Tivo.Now for a few things you may not know or should at least be aware of:1) This is not a Tivo Box. It is a DirecTV satellite receiver with Tivo. If you need cable or antenna inputs --- you can only view these sources --- NOT RECORD.2) With this unit you cannot set the recording quality ( the editorial above is in error ). The unit automatically varies the compression rate according to the type of material you are watching --- action movies require more space than a talk show. The picture quality is very good and it seems to be able to record more than my old tivo with a set compression rate.3) Guided setup is a breeze since all program guide information is downloaded from the satellite. Only the Network Showcases and Tivolution Magazine is retrieved via the phone line.4)WARNING: If you receive your local channels through DirecTV be aware that guide information of CBS and ABC are not being downloaded to the guide at this time. All you will see is "To Be Announced". DirecTV is aware of the problem (so they tell me) and are working to resolve it ASAP.5) There is "audio popping" that occurs at random. It usually seems to happen when moving from one menu screen to another.6) There are great new features such as Wishlists that let you find and autorecord programs based on keywords, directors, and actors.Also, the Season Pass just became alot smarter. Now you can tell it whether you want repeats or just first run and the maximum number of episodes you want to record in a week. There are many other additions/improvements -- to numeous to mention.IN CLOSING --- I just want to say this IS the next chapter in the Tivo revolution/evolution. This is a great machine with alot of new features. Remember this is new software for Tivo and there are still a few refinements that need to be made. (More customer reviews)I already have my new 3GS iPhone in the (excellent) SPECK brand shell case but when it comes to carrying an iPhone, I prefer the belt pouch instead of shirt or pant pockets. The only belt case that I found that would fit my shell-fattened iPhone was this Case Logic one. Using the "Red Laser" app I found out that it is cheaper on Amazon so I bought it online instead of the store (did have wait a couple days more than I wanted).
This case is well built and good quality - and now good for iPhone also!
